The location is ideal next to Tsim Sha Tsui station and the Star Ferry for easy access to Hong Kong island. The A21/N21 bus to/from the airport also has a stoo nearby.
The price is very fair considering the location. There is nice common area with a couch, tables and chairs. It was very cosy, well decorated and with many plants. The room was also well equipped with a small tablet, power outlet and curtain for each bed. I enjoyed my stay. Note for people who would need a late check-in because it...

Let's put it this way. The location is fabulous, and so is the view and the whole Youth Hotel idea, but if looking for a quiet place to relax, just be aware that an Outdoor Association involving nice, actives kids, kinda own the place, and so "peace" shall not be expected at all time. This is really the only burden, because everything else is tip-top, there is even a shuttle yet to be found at the Kennedy Town subway exit, doing back and forth all day to the hostel, can't wait to travel again to...
