« Beautiful property excellent location! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others! The master bathroom was a little quirky and there’s a somewhat dangerous step down, especially if it’s dark in the middle of the night! Kitchen was well stocked! Appreciate the small welcome basket with waters and coffee! »

« The location of this apartment is very good. Only few steps from Pitti Palace and cafes and shops. Taxis can drive up to very close location. The rooms were clean and convenient. AC is present. The only complaint I have is that the laundry area is unbelievably small and shared with the other apartment. I believe it should be mentioned in the description. This is a big omission IMHO. « Great property, great host and was responsive to any questions. There was NO AC working in the apartment and the host constantly kept saying it's a centralized system so you cannot control the temperature. Unfortunately, nothing worked and then we had to open the windows which invited lot of mosquitoes. Otherwise no complaints »

« The first night, the electricity shut off four times. I was in the shower in complete darkness. There was also no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. The apartment is very old and does not look like the pictures shown in the listing. It is located on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. I do not recommend this apartment. It is definitely not worth the price we paid. »

« Check in was difficult. Had to contact Expedia. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevators. The instructions didn’t mention a second stairs path in the building so we took all the luggage to the 5th floor in the wrong apartment.
