« Great room! »

« Great hotel! They have a place to leave your luggage safely in case you arrive before your check in time, which was greatly appreciated. Getting in touch with someone was easy too, they don’t have staff on site but getting in touch with one was super quick and easy. There was construction going on in the area but they provided ear plugs and apologized for it. The room was clean and a 10/10. Very convenient place, easy walk to Dotonbori street and all the shopping areas and stations. »

« he hotel was clean and close to a train station and convenience stores. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and the beds were comfortable. However, it was a little far from Namba—a taxi ride cost us around ¥1,200. Taxis can stop right outside the hotel, making luggage drop-off easy. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the bathroom’s laundry-drying function. Unfortunately, this wasn’t clearly explained, so my husband initially took our clothes to a nearby...

« The check in process is something we are not used to. The hotel does not have a reception area so this might pose a problem for some people. The check in processing if documents have to be done in advance. Once you confirm your booking you will receive a message with a url where you upload your documents (passport)-this is a must bec you will receive your qr code in the email provided 24 hr prior to your stay. Since they do not have a receptionist, our luggages cannot be forwarded to them so we...

« Great family room and service. Ideal location to explore. Our kids loved the games near the front desk. »

« We looooooooved our stay here! It was such a nice apartment- style room with plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the amenities of having drinks downstairs and the staff were was super helpful and friendly. The room is even better than I imagined and having a washer and dryer with included detergent really helped us out. Would recommend to anyone! It’s also close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping, 7 minute walk to Namba station which connects you anywhere in Osaka. And about a...

« Le meilleur hébergement de notre sejour. La chambre (hime room) est spacieuse. Le personnel est très attentif (nous avons meme eu un accueil en français). Les transports sont quasiment au pied de l'hôtel. Pas de defaut sauf l'absence d'un lave linge alors qu'il y a la place pour l'installer. »

« Room is quite spacious. A mini crib was provided (at an extra cost) and still had plenty of room for our family of 4. Amenities were good. Elevator was fast. One drawback was we could hear the footsteps and sounds of the unit above us. Wasn’t super loud but was audible even with our sound machine. »

« The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler like me. The check in the process was smooth and simple as was the check out. Definitely would recommend this place for solo travelers and the like! »

« Hôtel très bien situé, pratique. Les rues autour sont assez animées… »
