Spinnaker Point #1 - Why rent near the beach in Bear Lake when you can rent ON the beach!?

Spinnaker Point is one of the best beach front locations in Bear Lake! There are many beautiful places to rent here in Bear Lake, but what Spinnaker Point provides as a place for your family to call home base is truly unique. In addition to the 2,200 sq. ft. luxury remodeled towhhome space, you'll have so many more amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. Being a beach front property, you'll have easy and private access (shared with only 5 other properties) to the lake. There is a brand new 80 foot dock that extends out into the lake (availability fluctuates with water levels), which provides an easy place to temporarily dock your boat/jet skis. The 2/3rd acre of lawn provides the perfect place for kids to run around and play yard games. The fire pit is a great place to gather in the evenings and roast s'mores. In addition to being right on the lake, you are also within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shake shops, and stores in Garden City. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable.

The townhome itself has 2 levels of private decks, providing a comfortable place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake. The BBQ grill and outdoor seating make the decks the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together. The large windows and sliding doors provide an easy view of the lake from anywhere within the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The living space is bright and spacious, perfect for gathering together in the evenings. A significant problem with many properties at Bear Lake is parking. Not here! In addition to the garage you have 6 parking spots (three double deep spots so you can leave the boat or trailer hooked to your vehicle if desired).

For your convenience in planning, here is the exact arrangement of each of the bedrooms:

There is a sister townhome available for rent under the same roof. If you are looking for space to accommodate a larger group, you can rent the two units together to sleep 35 in 9 bedrooms and 6 baths.

Great place for any family vacation

I rented unit 1 and 2. I was told that unit 1 was a nicer unit which it is. Kids loved the swings and slides. Bear Lake is a warm water lake. I enjoyed it. I used the gas grill which was good. Kitchen tools were good. We needed places to store clothes. Some ceiling fans did not work. There were a couple other small repairs needed. There were mouse dropping on the porch.

This place was great except for a few big issues... It has three level and the bottom level didn't have ac. It was hot down there and has 5 of the 8 beds down there. Deal breaker. It also has a communal backyard... We just treated like a park where you share. But one of the neighbors were awful. They had set up a net and we assumed it was part of the communal stuff out there. Our kids bent a pole. They were enraged. We offered to replace it, they yelled, swore, threatened us, started throwing stuff around the yard. Here we are on vacation with little kids and having to call the cops. Ridiculous. Also there are 2 fire pits for the 6 places that have access. I'm cool with sitting around a fire with strangers, could be fun. Nobody was using one of them so we came out and started a fire. More yelling .. they had put the chairs out there I guess thinking that would reserve the fire pit all night, they didn't actually come out for hours to be around the fire. The whole thing was uncomfortable. I was worried about having slashed tires in the morning. I will never rent a place with a communal space again.

Had the most wonderful time at Bear Lake and it had everything to do with staying here. Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Everything you could need or ask for (except that the dock does not reach the water - but they’re not responsible for lake evaporation 😉). Would highly recommend this property and will be coming back!

Loved our stay! House has a lot of stairs, so had to be careful with small children. Other than that, house was incredible and we loved the floor plan for giving people privacy. Outdoor grass area was awesome for kids to play!

We have enjoyed 4th of July trips every year for the last 10 years or so and this one takes the cake! The house is amazing and the location right on the water and close to downtown Garden City is unbeatable! We will definitely rent here again! The only way it could be better would be if the “beach” area was actually sand like what is found in the North Beach area of the lake.
