« Ce que j’ai aimé : les piscines, la propreté, la disponibilité des personnels. Pas de commentaire négatif hormis que j’ai appris en milieu de séjour que je pouvais bénéficier du club Millésime de l’établissement. Cela m’aurait évité un petit déjeuner musclé avec les 600 personnes arrivées pour un meeting. La responsable de l’établissement s’est bien excusé pour l’oubli. »

« Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....

« There was issue with aircon in our room, but our butler Robert assisted us and resolved the issue promptly. The hotel is very close to the aqua park and aquarium, very good location »

« Cadre splendide, piscine magnifique, plage parfaite. Par contre, Wifi payant, 3 navettes par jour (beaucoup trop peu), toutes les activités sont payantes, seulement la plage de l'hôtel est nettoyée de chaque côté bouteilles, sacs plastique, etc. Propreté des chambres à désirer. Hôtel loin de tout mais pour le repos parfait. »

« My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights in a deluxe room at the end of February. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort pools were nice, although they weren’t quite as relaxing as we had hoped. There were a lot of people using SUPs which made it difficult to fully relax by the poolside, and during our stay the beachfront pool was closed due to the fireworks happening every night for Lunar New Year. « The room was cleaned every day. Very clean, large room, comfortable and nice hotel with a large balcony. Will come again. »

« C’est un endroit pour les amoureux de la plage et de la détente. Malheureusement les plages sont sales et pleines de plastiques partout; Les hôtels de front de mer ne donnent aucune consignes au personnel de plage qui s’en moque royalement. J’ai vu une seule poubelle sur la plage sur 3 Kms de littoral; Un scandale. J’ai moi même ramassé des détritus de toutes sortes. l’environnement n’est vraiment pas le souci des Chinois; Touristes ou exploitants . Navrant et décevant. »

« We are totally disappointed by the room and quality standards of Fairmont Haitang Bay in Sanya. We had high hopes on Fairmont, being a prestigious US hospitality brand, and left it the very last stop of our four-day-three-night itinerary. The room facilities are not professionally installed. Room size (allegedly 63 sq m but nowhere near it) and arrangement are not the same as the website suggested. I would understand this kind of standards coming from a three-star class but we paid US$200 for it...
