The heart of life in the Villa is undoubtedly its splendid perogla: Outdoor breakfasts and dinners alfresco, cooking and grilling for everybody, dances, celebrations or simply enjoying what it means living in an ancient and exclusive country residence in Tuscany.
This exquisite picture is rounded out by a superbe infinity pool (with an important size of 8.5 x 15m and a depth of 1.20-4m) which combine fun and relaxation.
The swimming pool is open seasonally and is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.
A lot of activities and experiences can be arranged both in the surroundings and directly in the Villa.
It is possible to choose among sport activities such a hiking, horseback riding, e-bike excursions, sightseeing, guided tours to art cities, wine and food tastings, cooking classes, pasta and pizza making courses, MTB rental, E-Bike , quads and vintage cars rental.

The Villa is finally part of the locations of the Tuscany Region and in particular of the Municipality of Gambassi Terme where it is possible to celebrate civil weddings in the presence of a municipality official.The Villa and its annex can together accommodate up to 20 people.

Both houses have been finely renovated and furnished with sober and elegant taste. They reveal extreme attention to details and to the choice of exquisite materials with strong ties to Tuscan tradition: terracotta floors, coffered ceilings, the kitchen and some bathrooms entirely in marble, massive fireplaces made of pietra serena stone, and the balcony of Pienza travertine.

Both the kitchen and the living room open onto a splendid loggia with pergola, equipped with garden furniture.

2 double bedrooms (one of which is a very large master suite), both with ensuite bathroom with shower, study with writing desk and sofa bed.
