Tahiti Sunset, a 3BR, 2.5b canal home, spectacular sunset views

March '22 finished complete indoor remodel, new kitchen, new hall bath, new AC! Located on a large lot at the end of a canal, overlooking West Bay's gorgeous sunsets.

This house is great for 2 families with children. Upper deck has gates to downstairs to keep your little ones safe.

This home has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private outdoor shower.
Instant heat hot water, never run out of hot water in the shower!

Main living room has 60" Smart TV with Basic Cable, lots of comfy seating. Kitchen fully stocked with modern appliances and dining area. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, toilet/bidet with heated seat. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a full size bunk bed plus a twin bed. All rooms have a Smart TV.

The ground level is open to the boat dock, has a bar, fridge, gas grill, TV, access to laundry room and half bath. Bring your own boat and water toys or enjoy our kayaks included with the rental. Adult and child life vests are provided. Boat dock is available as are two floating docks for kayaks or wave-runners. (Boat, boat lift and wave runners not included)

This house has a fenced in yard plus a large open yard complete with horseshoe pits. The open lot next door is included with the rental for ample parking or games. Please no parking in the street.

Fish from dock, or fish the canals with the kayaks.

Located just a short distance from dining, drinking, grocery shopping and convenience stores. The community pool is walking distance or rent a golf cart from one of the locally owned businesses for easy access to the pool or beach.

This is the perfect place to spend a vacation.

Must be 25yrs of age or older to rent this property.

Absolutely fabulous! We loved it so much we extended our stay. Everything was super modern, updated, the house had everything you could think of or need already there and the canal is its own laid back vibe with all neighbors. The host was beyond responsive and super friendly. I Highly recommend and we will be back again!

Had a wonderful time at this home. It was right on a canal, and had a couple of kayaks available to use. Beautifully decorated on the inside and very clean, and the house stayed cool during the hot summer Texas sun. It had plenty of beds for a family of five adults. We enjoyed spending the evening under neath listening to music.

Perfect family spot

Communication with owner was great. We had two families with 3 kiddos and it was perfect for our group of 7. Owner supplied everything you would need from toiletries to kids toys. Downstairs was a cool hang out and fishing spot. Overall family friendly and a great stay. Would definitely return in the future.

This home was perfect for our family. We appreciated all the beautiful details and comforts inside and out. Furnishings or high-end beds, and linens super comfortable. The area below the house always had a cool breeze. We really enjoyed the kayaks in the location was perfect for gorgeous sunsets. We’d love to come back!

10/10-17/2024. I can’t say enough about this place. We loved it! Our stay was fantastic.the host responded quickly to any of our questions. The location was perfect. The views and sunset were spectacular. The home itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great outdoor hang out space with fishing lights!

The house was super nice and updated, and the outdoor space next to the canal was a most excellent place to hang out. The kitchen was very functional and had a nice table for us to gather. Furniture and TV's were good along with the comfortable beds.

Perfect for family

We visited with kids and grandparents and it was perfect for all. Kids loved swimming and the kayaks and grandparents loved birdwatching from the deck in the wetlands across the street. Will definitely be back.

Kids first time saltwater fishing

Drove down from Connecticut with the family. This was half the families first time in Texas. My kids took advantage of the dock and canal. They caught plenty of fish and used the kayaks. The houses amenities were amazing and my wife enjoyed the little beach vibe accents scattered throughout the home. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My parents wanted to take my family (myself, husband, son (almost 9), and 2 daughters (3 1/2 and 1 1/2)) on a beach trip. My oldest daughter has been begging to go to the beach since the winter and my son has recently become obsessed with fishing. This house provided the absolute perfect location for both activities. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into every aspect of the property. As a mom of littles, I appreciated all of the gates at the entrances to the stairs as it made for one less thing to worry about. Peter was easy to communicate with and was super flexible with us with checkout. HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect stay!

Peter was a great host! The house is recently remodeled and looked like it was professionally decorated. The attention to detail was remarkable. Everything about the house is comfortable yet modern. The location was perfect - you can enjoy the sunset and the sunrise. The dock was super fun with the lights, bluetooth speakers, and outdoor television. The neighbors welcomed us as if we were locals. The kayaks were an added bonus, as I usually have to rent them. We could have stayed all summer!
