« You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. It was as described and had pretty much everything you need. The only problem we had was the lockbox to where the key for storage for the grill / other amenities (assuming washer and dryer) we could not get unlocked. Other than that, everything was awesome. Will be looking to stay at this property again. »

« It was a great location and super close to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off before going in. The garage door could use some paint to make the property look more appealing at first look. We ran out of hot water quickly and I had to take a frigid shower. Living room couch was broken and we had to search for a breaker box to fix a flipped breaker to turn on living room light. Not really enough room in the living room for everyone in our party (10 people) to sit together....

« We enjoyed this investment property home since it had a small pool/hot tub on the property and was close to the beach. However, I was extremely disappointed in the overall management of maintenance and felt a little unsafe. The stairs and both decks were rotting, had loose or missing banister spokes, a split-wood step, outside lighting on stairs and driveway were burned out or maybe missing bulbs. No electricity to 2 electrical outlets on 2nd floor at the snack counter. In the kitchen, there was...

« This house has a nice little fenced in yard for your pets, good size pool, cute fire pit area with chairs to relax and an outdoor shower (Area was dirty so we didn't use it.) If you're needing last minute things there is a Dollar General within 5 min and a gas station right around the corner. Also, I highly recommend visiting Way West Grill & Pizzeria, which is also right around the corner. Their food was delicious and they deliver! Overall, this house could use a little more attention to detail...

« If you are looking for somewhere beach front, clean, comfy, & relaxing, this is your place! Step out on the front porch and it was like you were sitting on the beach. Zero complaints about our stay. We would stay here again! The host stayed in contact before our trip & was quick to communicate upon our arrival. Provided very clear check in & check out information. »

« This was an amazing location and an amazing house. Have no problem with any of that at all. Only issue I would feel I had was the clean up fee. Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of...

« It was a clean environment, just as its losted. A beautiful place to stay. It was clean, organized, and the communication with the host was awesome! She answered us as soon as she could and gave us clear answers to any questions we had! We definitely recomend and will stay here again if we're back in Surfside! »

« I always love staying at The Victorian..excellent location, condo was so nice and cozy, parking is great, pools are so nice and clean, i feel safe inside the gates. I will always stay here. Note to the propert management team...the chairs on the balcony would be so much better if they were taller. When you sit on them, the top beam of the handrail totally blocks out the ocean. Not a big deal, but that's one of my favorite things to do. »
