Welcome to "Jamaica Beach Jewel"! Experience a slice of paradise in this luxurious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home nestled in the charming locale of Jamaica Beach. The three-story waterfront haven offers both indoor and outdoor living areas, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and exceptionally comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the spacious deck featuring an outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the bay. The lower deck offers a heated lagoon pool with a cascading waterfall, bubbling hot tub, wet bar, lounge furniture, and direct canal access.

Lounge in the shade or sunbathe on the upper deck offering panoramic bay views. An impressive outdoor kitchen includes a grill, cooktop, and mini-fridge. This rental is equipped with a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi. Fishing from the deck is welcomed! Arrange kayak rentals and paddle down the canal to West Bay, where open water awaits. A short drive will bring you to Galveston Island State Park where you can explore 2,000 acres of hiking trails and swimming areas.

Kick back on comfy leather sofas in the living room and watch your favorite entertainment on a 42-inch TV with cable.

The spacious dining table has 6 chairs, and the bar has 2 bar stools.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen includes full sized appliances and granite counter tops. Pour a frozen beverage at the wet bar fully equipped with a margarita mixer, wine fridge, and bar-high seating. Show off your cooking skills in the gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar. The large pantry is complete with all the utensils needed for home-cooked meals including a coffee pot, blender and fondue pot.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

In the upstairs Master Bedroom you will find a king bed, 40-inch TV, sitting area, and a private balcony with a bistro table. The master bath features a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, bidet, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two closets. A third bedroom has a king bed. A second bath offers a jetted tub/shower combination. A third bath is located on the lower deck by the pool. A convenient half bath is located near the living room.

POLICIES/RULES:

‱.This is a PET-FRIENDLY HOME (for one pet up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring a pet. Only one pet is allowed. Pet must be approved in advance—please send us a request including the breed and weight. The pet must be crated anytime the guest is not present. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Great Stay!We had a great stay at this property. The pool was a lot of fun and perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock—caught a few mud cats, but nothing else. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. We rented a golf cart and spent time at the beach, which made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway. Did some surf fishing but no luck. Also highly recommend Captain Matt with 3G fishing Charters, went on a shark hunt and found them.

Mother’s Day getaway

All around 5 stars from communication, quick responses and the all inclusives to ease of checking in and out. Our family had a such a great time fishing and swimming in the heated pool and grilling outside there was no need to leave the property on our weekend getaway. The guide book was essential to being prepared; only bringing extra necessities we had all we needed.I’d recommend this property and would book it again. We did take advantage of the Mother’s Day special that was offered which was a perk in choosing this property.

Nice Location, But Photos Are Misleading

This house was in a great location with easy beach access. However it was nowhere as pristine and nice as the photos would lead you to believe. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning upon arrival including picking up candy bar wrappers and cheerios off of the floor. The rugs were old and dirty and need to be replaced. Many of the kitchen items were dirty. The kids bedroom on the first floor and the adjoining room especially look nothing like the pictures and could use a thorough deep clean. The covered pool was nice especially with all of the resent rain but it is very small. More of a sit a relax pool and not a jump in and splash around because they'll be more water on the patio than in the pool. The outside patio and deck furniture was dirty and it looks like the house has never been power washed. Be sure to bring your own water sports equipment (paddle boards, kayaks, etc.) because the owner does not permit use of the items there. Master suite was nice but door to the balcony upstairs was broken and had a keep out sign. Would have been nice to sit out there and take in the views. Overall, this house is not at all worth the price but could be a gem with some major maintenance and updates/upgrades.

Great home and responsive staff

The home was clean and everything we wanted/needed. With damage from the hurricane to surrounding areas and rain every day, the pool and dock became the highlight of the trip, and we were very grateful for the staff. Would go again, hopefully with better weather conditions

Great stay!

Our stay in Jamaica Beach was absolutely fantastic. The accommodations were top notch. We rented a golf cart which made beach trips and driving over to the nearby coffee shop a dream.

We had a great time! It was a great location and the management company was fantastic. Only negative was the Sonos system didn’t work - not a huge deal, but we planned to connect for music outside.
