Loved the pool and outdoor space! It was perfect for a girls weekend for 7 of us. House was cool and comfortable with working AC and appliances, and comfortable beds. Only issues were ants covered anything you left sitting out for any amount of time. We put out ant baits and made sure things were always sealed and it helped. Property management was notified on departure day so they can resolve it for the next guests. We also had to buy our own trash bags, dish soap, hand soap for kitchen and bathrooms, and counter top spray to keep kitchen clean. The house could use a few more towels for kitchen and a larger trash can. Overall, we had a great time and plan to stay again!

First, we didn’t get the gate code until AFTER the check in time, and even after receiving it, it was incorrect. I had to call, only to be given the same incorrect code. Finally get a new code - that works. Get the code for the lockbox and it’s empty - no key in there. Finally get a code for the front door. We get in and the house had not been cleaned!!! I call again. They send a cleaning crew over and they were there for ONLY 30 minutes! You can’t tell me they washed and dried ALL of the comforters, bathroom floor mats, etc. plus everything else in a half an hour. SO GROSS and unsanitary. I told the property manager this and she said it should have taken at least 2.5 hours. But did they send another cleaning crew out!? Nope. Other things that were issues: - only 4 spoons and 5 forks in the whole kitchen (but advertised to host 9 people)- no coffee maker, only a Keurig. (This would have been fine, if that’s what was advertised. But the listing says coffee maker and coffee and coffee filters are listed in the items to bring. They did bring one over the next day.)- the shower head in the master completely fell off. (There was a new shower head in the package in the laundry closet, so this leads me to believe they knew it was broken/about to break. They did fix it)- ice machine didn’t work. Never got fixed. The house overall was fine, and the pool area was really great, but unfortunately I have to give a negative review because of the management company.
