Summary:
Take in the views and Gulf breezes on the large elevated front deck with filtered shots of the Gulf and Bay waters. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises with a cup of coffee in hand and the gorgeous sunsets with your favorite cocktail. Your relaxing vacation memories are about to be made!

The Space:
This modern beach house has 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and is well-appointed, spacious, and super comfortable. There is a nicely decorated primary bedroom with en suite full bath, 2nd bedroom with two queen size beds, and a bunk room (great for the kiddos) with a shared hall full bath.

~ Primary suite w/ King bed, deck access and en suite bath (sleeps 2)
~ 2nd bedroom with 2 x Queen beds w/ shared full hall bath (sleeps 2)

This beautiful community has a great beach area and neighborhood boat launch and fishing pier in which guests may use and enjoy. It is approximately 20 miles east to Galveston's city center for many restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The beach access is just .41 mi (2182 ft) from this specific home.

Come visit and enjoy ALL the outdoor adventures you could want! Watch dolphins, fish from the pier (or from one of our canal, bay or beachside rental homes), surf the waves, kayak, beach comb and soak up the sun and sea air. And after a day of activities, stop by one of the nearby popular hangouts - The West End Marina & Restaurants, The Waterman Seafood Grill and/or Nate"s for a fun atmosphere to enjoy snacks, cocktails or meal!

Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!

Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.

WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

A beautiful cabin in a peaceful neighborhood—perfect for a family getaway!From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had a cozy charm while also being spacious enough to accommodate our big extended family with ease.One of our favorite features was the open floor plan—it created the perfect space for quality time together. We gathered around the large dining table for meals, played games in the living area, and truly enjoyed being able to spread out while still feeling connected.Another huge plus for us was that the cabin was pet-friendly. Our two doodles—who are very much part of the family—were able to join us, and it meant the world to have them there. The owners even left a special treat for our pups, which was such a thoughtful touch!The quiet neighborhood added to the relaxing atmosphere, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings after busy days of exploring.This cabin offered the perfect blend of comfort, space, and tranquility. We made so many special memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Very pleased with this house. Great layout and plenty of space for our group of 8. Nice walk in pantry and very clean and modern. It’s not far from the store and the neighborhood was quiet.

The house was nice and clean. Only drawback is the amount of construction. They are doing close by other than that very relaxing.

We had an amazing stay. Comfortably accomadated the 9 of us. We loved the decor and large open feel. You should keep In mind that 7 Palms is about 30 minutes (give or take with traffic) from the pier, but it does have nice direct beach access right across the main road. Also note the need for bug spray
.the mosquitoes are terrible from all the rain they’ve had. The only downside to our entire stay was no access to the on-site community pool. After contacting the host, we were told we would could use the pool at the Jamaica Beach community for an extra charge that would be reimbursed which we opted out of. .

This beach house was just lovely. It was the perfect accommodations for my family. The right number of bedrooms, bathrooms, eating areas and tv's in each of the bedrooms. The only compliant was it was not a ten minuet walk to the beach and I couldn't see the water from this location. Also, the house lacked cleaning supplies to use in the house if needed. All and all , we all enjoyed our stay!
