The overall stay was great! Very spacious for all that went! Only 1 tv made it slightly difficult in the evening when everyone wanted to relax.

The house has a funny layout & the living room to enter is in the back of the house. So trying to enter at 3:30am when the keypad is in the back of the house was very difficult. And no porch lights worked in the house. The king size bed was comfortable, but the queen was hard. We did not use any appliances so unknown if/how they worked. The AC worked great & it was a very comfortable temperature in the house.

Loved the layout of the place and the location near Pleasure Pier.The house was nicely furnished but could have used a good thorough cleaning. It's the simple details that can make all the difference in my opinion. Obvious dead bugs and dirt around floor boards and in cupboards and drawers, should be taken care of. Floors mopped and windows/blinds cleaned once in a while.Noticed an issue with the kitchen faucet water pressure right away and notified the contact who was quick to respond. We lived with it that way through our stay though. You had to turn all of the faucets on to get hot water where you needed it.

Fridge did not work, bug baits and raid cans were everywhere, ants got into all our food, no linens for beds, no outdoor furniture/seating as seen on ad, i would NOT stay hrre here. on dustpan

Overall the properly was as described. After emailing the contact about some issues like ( not enough toilet paper towels, no sheets for the sofa bed we were a little disappointed. Also we did see and catch a mouse. We loved the location.

Very nice! Kind of deceiving on the actual size - way bigger than you think. Two things - kitchen sink water pressure was really low through faucet. Someone threw an old couch out on the curb which blocked a parking space. Over all great place. Would stay here again.

This property has a great location. However it is not clean. It feels like it was purchased and very little put into it to make it a nice place to stay. All of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The skillet was so dirty I went to walmart and bought my own skillet because I didn't feel safe cooking in the one in the house. There were dead flies in the kitchen cabinets, the silverware drawers was full of dirt, and the dishwasher did not even have the water turned on to be able to use. The room with the portable AC the exhaust was not installed properly and kept coming detached. There were only 4 chairs for an 8 person stay, there were no pillowcases for the extra pillows, and no blanket for the pull out bed (these were provided when we asked, but we should not have had to ask for these things) When I tried to speak to the company about the condition of the property they did not seem concerned about the condition of the property. This house just needs some more love...it has great potential but the money has not been spent to make this rental a good rental.
