Spacious enough for the whole family, this charming Galveston getaway features a full, open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table that seats six, and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. Additionally, this home includes a furnished patio with an enclosed yard to keep the kiddos safe during their stay. When it is time to hit the hay, each bedroom with bunk beds has day beds with trundles underneath for larger groups! Remote workers and students can use the home's high-speed WiFi to complete their projects on time.

This house is located near the heart of the city, just one mile from Gulf-front beaches and the Seawall, and less than three miles from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. You'll have your choice of several great restaurants and shops nearby, including Shrimp N Stuff, just a mile east, and The Spot, two miles southwest by the water. Rent bikes for the day at Island Bicycle or test your skill with stand-up paddleboarding through SUP Gulf Coast. This home is also conveniently close to Galveston's most exciting attractions including Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston, and of course the historic district, home of Moody Mansion.

Security camera details: One camera in the front and one in the back of the house. Both are facing the steps for the front and back doors. The cameras are active during guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
