● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn.

● Beach Access: Less than a 1 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.

This 7-bedroom beach house offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun. Spread out with 5 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs, finding your own space is easy. The downstairs living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, making mealtimes and game nights a breeze. Upstairs, a cozy living area awaits for movie nights or quiet afternoons with a good book.

Whether you`re a family or a group of friends, Gulf Side Grove has the perfect sleeping arrangements. The downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and privacy with its own bathroom, and an adjoining smaller room with full-over-full bunk beds is perfect for the little ones. On the other side of the downstairs are the other three bedrooms. One with a queen and a full-over-full bunk. Another with 2 queens and the last bedroom with a king-size bed. Finally the two upstairs bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. One with a king-size bed and the other with a full and a queen.

When you need a bit of fresh air just, head outside to the porch, just off the downstairs living area, and backyard for BBQs, sunbathing by the pool, or fun games in the sunshine. Also you are just steps from the Galveston Seawall and easy access to the beach. Build sandcastles, soak up the sun, and splash in the waves, all a short walk away! Beyond the beach, explore the wonders of Moody Gardens, experience the thrills of Schlitterbahn waterpark, or discover Galveston`s vibrant culture and delicious food scene. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
