4-bedroom, 3-bath (sleep 9), 1464 sq ft beach house in Jamaica Beach.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath (sleep 9) beach view and Bayview vacation home is located in the desirable Jamaica Beach Subdivision and offers easy proximity to both the beach and the Bay. It is just behind the Jamaica Village and Jamaica Beach City Hall. Short walking distance to the gas station, convenience store, etc.
Has a Hockey table, a Foosball table, 2 Cornhole boards.

A big and spacious (6W x 10L x 6H) dog fence/kennel is available. The fishing table can be used for your fish catch.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the 8 - 10-person kitchen island and 4-person expandable dining table on the main floor. The front deck has a view of the bay while the back deck has a view of the beach. Enjoy the gulf view prepping food at the kitchen island. The 3rd bedroom on the ground floor has a full bathroom, an additional sink vanity, and a 4-person table.


Bedrooms:
The Master bedroom (main floor) has king size bed (sleep 2).
The 2nd bedroom (main floor) has a king-size bed (sleep 4).
The 3rd bedroom (ground floor bunk bedroom) has a twin over full bunk bed (sleep 2), a loveseat and table/chair.
The 4th bedroom/gameroom (ground floor) has a single twin bed (sleep 1), Foosball table and table/chair.

The family room (main floor) has a sofa, loveseat and chair.
The game area (main floor) has a Hockey table.

Bathrooms:
1st bathroom (main floor) – has shower/tub combo with seating area, bath vanity, and toilet
2nd bathroom (main floor) – has shower/tub combo, bath vanity, and toilet
3rd bathroom (ground floor) – has bath vanity, toilet, and shower

Ground Floor Bunk Bedroom:
Has 50" Smart TV, full-size bathroom, window A.C. Has an extra sink/mirror outside of the full bathroom. It can be accessed by the exterior ground floor doors.

Ground Floor Twin XL Bedroom/Gameroom:
Has an Infinity FLEX box TV, and window A.C. It can be accessed by an interior door from the 3rd (bunk) bedroom. It has its own exterior door that guests may use but they need to move the Foosball table towards the center.

Location: Jamaica Beach community in Galveston, Texas; 5-10 minute walk to the Beach; 12.7 miles to 61st Street; 15.8 miles to 25th and Strand; 12 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

WIFI: High-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

TV: We provide 5 TVs (4 Smart TVs and one that has an Infinity FLEX box - 70” SMART TV in the living area, 55” in the main floor bedrooms and ground floor bedroom). Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps.

Community Amenities: The City of Jamaica Beach offers a public Swimming pool, playground, and picnic pavilion area. There is also a boat launch and convenience stores nearby.
Jamaica Beach community swimming pool. Guests purchase permits at the office. $5 per person for a daily pass.
Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day on Tuesday-Sunday. Weekends only in May and September. Closed on Mondays.
Hours: 12:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (weather permitting and subject to change)

Beach Access: The beach on the Gulf may be reached (2 min drive or 8 min walk) from the Jamaica Beach main entrance at the end of Buccaneer Drive.

Pet Policy: With prior approval, up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Age requirement: Responsible party should be at least 25 years of age to book and must occupy the property at all times.

Other Things to Note: The ground-level bedrooms/bathroom has its own entrance separate from the main floor.

Guest Access: You’ll have access to the entire property, including parking for up to six cars. The 4th bedroom (twin XL bedroom/Gameroom located on the Ground floor) is accessible by an interior door by the 3rd bedroom (bunk bedroom located on the Ground floor). It has its own exterior door that guests may use but they need to move the Foosball table towards the center. There are no interior stairs that connect the ground floor to the main floor.

Close proximity to the Galveston City Center for historic architecture tours, museums, as well as arts and entertainment. (for example, Pleasure Pier, Moody Garden, Schlitterbahn water park, Flight Museum, Sea Wolf Park, Galveston historic Strand District, and much more).

Take your kayak and paddleboard for a spin on the bay or beach.
Boat owners and fishing fanatics - bring your fishing gear.
Please also visit the nearby pavilion.

The owner requires a signed rental agreement.
