The main house offers a private entry to the upstairs and the downstairs from the exterior only. The detached suite offers a private exterior entry and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. All 3 parts of this home offer full sized bathrooms. With an open floor plan and a quaint atmosphere, this home is designed to provide you with comfort and relaxation. The main house upstairs offers a spacious kitchen and ample seating in the living room to gather for family cooking and relaxing. Plenty of parking and walking distance from the beach. GVR15009

House Rules
> Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
> Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
> This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
> Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
>Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.
