The Space

Relax in Style
The moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an open and airy living space, designed for both comfort and style. Large windows frame the endless ocean views, while plush seating and coastal decor create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Curl up on the couch with a good book, catch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy the serenity of beachfront living.

A Kitchen for Food Lovers
You’ll feel right at home in our gourmet kitchen, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with bar seating. Whether you’re making a quick beachside breakfast or a full-course dinner, this kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary adventures. All appliances replaced June 2025.

Dine with a View
Gather around the gorgeous wooden dining table with seating for eight, where every meal comes with a side of ocean views. Want to take things outside? The deck features a cozy alfresco dining area—perfect for sipping wine while taking in the scenic view.

Sleep in Comfort
Four beautifully designed bedrooms ensure that everyone has a restful retreat.

Primary Suite: Wake up to stunning ocean views in the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, private balcony, and a spa-like en-suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Enjoy bay views in this peaceful king-size bedroom, complete with a private en-suite bath.
Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or extra guests, this fun bedroom features two twin bunk beds and easy access to a nearby full bathroom.
Downstairs Guest Bedroom: A cozy queen-size bed and a dedicated bathroom make this the perfect space for extra guests or family members.

Outdoor Paradise
Step outside, and you’re just a few feet away from the beach! Lounge on two spacious decks with plenty of comfortable seating, sip cocktails as you watch the waves, or take the private path directly to the sandy shore. Plus, the fenced yard is a great space for kids to play! We offer family games like corn hole, ladder toss, giant jenga, as well as offering beach chairs and beach toys.
Our home is just five houses from the walk-over, and additional beach access is available at the Beach Club.

Pointe West Resort Amenities-Require an Optional Fee
As our guest, you’ll have an option to use exclusive resort-style amenities (small fee required):
Two Pools: Choose between the ocean-view club pool and the relaxing lazy river at the Bayclub pool.
Onsite Restaurant & Bar: “The Pointe” offers delicious food and drinks just steps from the beach.
Fitness Studio & Game Room: Stay active with modern equipment and free weights or challenge your friends to some friendly competition. (currently under construction)
