It’s high time for Texas Tides! Ideal for couples or families, this dog friendly 2nd row beachside home features a large deck with built-in seating, single level layout, and easy access to Downtown Galveston and the beach.
The beautiful wood floors, casual furniture, and fresh colors work together to make this relaxing retreat an ideal escape. Gather the group in the open living area for movie nights or game nights. A desk is neatly tucked in the corner - great as a reading nook or for workcations. When it’s time to eat, serve up delicious food from local Galveston restaurants or cook with ease in the fully-equipped kitchen.
The cozy primary king suite has its own TV and en suite bathroom. A colorful queen bedroom and 2-twin bedroom are great for couples, siblings, or additional family members. The full futon in the living area is perfect for teens, kids, or last-minute additions to your guest list!
Head to the large deck to take in beachside Gulf views. Sit back on the comfortable loungers for sunning, or bring food to the picnic table and dine al fresco. Ready to head out? It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all of the shops, restaurants and activities in Historic Downtown Galveston. For added fun, the public pool in Jamaica Beach is open seasonally (daily fee)!
BEACH RESTORATION PROJECT
Jamaica Beach is currently undergoing a beach restoration project. This project is expected to be completed by the end of the summer. Guests may encounter loud noise from heavy machinery and/or beach access changes/limitations during active workdays.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40-60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+tax. You must indicate you are "traveling with pets" prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Jamaica Beach Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - purchase a pool pass at the pool, at the intersection of Bob Smith and Jolly Roger
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
