Once the house rented, you have access to the entire house, the pool
The backyard completely fenced you can utilise washer and dryer in the garage from inside of the house please read the house rule to know which areas can be a potential hazard to guest. Thank you
Other things to note
We have a weekly maintenance routine for the Pool and Yard. We will let you know before they arrive. There is an extra fee for more than six people per person per night of $45
Please place all used towels and sheets inside laundry basket prior to leaving
