« Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist. »

« Everything about the property was great except the fact that no one could watch TV because the internet was out. Not the host fault but did make for a boring stay while we were there. Aside from that we had absolutely no complaints! It was a beautiful house! »

« My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again! »

« Great place for the family to hangout and spend quality time. We love our games and it was fun to play cornhole, pool and foosball. We also brought cards and games of our own and they had good tables to play on. Nice size dining room table for eating together. »

« This place can be deemed a 'college apartment' - not really meant for families that want the comfort of home. As others have said, the kitchen lacks basic essentials. Also, there were only towels for two people instead of four - and the bed linens were minimal. There were also other discomforts - ants in the bathtub, a broken shower door, poor water pressure (and not enough hot water for a family to take showers in the morning), and bad tasting tap water. « This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our family to come together for our son's graduation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and pleasant. The space was perfect for our extended family and we enjoyed being able to rest, relax, and visit during our stay. The house had everything we needed for the trip.
