This home was recently renovated from top to bottom and is ready for your family to spend some quality time together. We offer a fully fenced backyard that is perfect for kids and fur babies. Relax on the back deck under cafe lights or by the firepit. You will surely be impressed with the modern cottage cozy vibes.

This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with dual vanities and towel warmer. The bunk room has a full size bed on the bottom, large enough for two people and a twin bed up top. The final bedroom features a twin day bed with trundle bed underneath.
Enjoy the mudroom when you enter the home which is equipped with a reading nook, pet area, and IG worthy selfie station.

Relax in the living room in front of the electric log fireplace and snuggle up for your favorite movie.
You will enjoy all the creature comforts of home including full size washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, coffee nook stocked with assortments of tea, cider, and coffee, back yard firepit, and charcoal grill. Even your fur babies will feel right at home with soft dog beds, bowls, treats, and crates provided.

Things to Note:
Parking: There is a gravel driveway and parking spot next to the home. The parking spot in front is for compact vehicles only. The driveway can comfortably accommodate 2-3 midsize vehicles.

No unauthorized events or parties: Any unauthorized events or parties will be charged a $500 fee and reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund.

Lights and Recycling: To help us do our part for the environment please turn off all lights when no guests are occupying the home. Also please utilize the recycle bins for the appropriate trash. Blue for glass bottles and plastic. Orange for paper and cardboard (no pizza boxes).

Also note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. Any additional products will need to be purchased by the guest.
