Stay in the beautiful historic 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom duplex in downtown Gainesville. Located within walking distance to downtown Gainesville restaurants, bars, and parks. Just minutes from UF, a quick drive to Shands, and convenient to many Gainesville attractions.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and dresser. The living space is an open plan with a dining space, living area space and kitchen.
The units has its own washer and dryer and a backyard for guests.

The neighborhood is full of historic homes and new `historic style` homes. Due to its location, it is the up-and-coming neighborhood.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)

4. 1- Pet allowed if disclosed during booking- $200 fee if caught with an unreported pet.-
5. Please clean up dog waste - $100 fee if dog waste is left behind.
