Very quiet neighborhood that is also surprisingly close to all things Gainesville! This neighborhood is for people who want a relaxing, serene atmosphere.

Getting Around:
Parking is easy and ample. This property has two driveways and street parking is also available in front of the home if needed.

Other Things to Note:
- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Tuesday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located outside of the house to the left or maybe behind the fence, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Monday evening so they can be emptied early Tuesday morning.
