« It was a great little house for exploring the area. Very close t to everything in Gainesville. The historic district downtown is busy and has awesome shops. Jaemor Farms was a treat and so was Laurel Park. »

« The cottage was delightful, super clean and cozy. Check in and out was a breeze and I had everything I needed for my 8 night stay. The queen bed on the 2nd floor was very comfy, I loved the shower in the downstairs bathroom and it was so convenient having a washer and dryer to make use of during my stay. My hosts even made accommodations so that my best friend had a place to park when she came to visit me. We had a bit of a problem with the wireless in the beginning but it was resolved quickly...

« Home away from home. Nordic Overlook is cared for properly with all the amenities and comforts. One of the best properties we’ve ever rented. Host was easy to contact for a question or two we had before arriving, and there for us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this sweet little home on the hill! »
