施設案内がなく、部屋にあったQRコードを読み取りましたが、エラー表示で全く使えませんでした。 そのためチェックアウトにかなり手こずりました。駐車場も満車で身障者用しか空きがありませんでした。 部屋も掃除が適当な様子で、棚に使いかけの歯磨き粉や、子供のおもちゃがベッド下に落ちていたりと、不衛生な感じでした。 エキストラベッドが傾いていて、何度もずれ落ちてくるし、建物自体はキレイですが、残念でした。

3泊4日子どもを含め５人での宿泊でした。 駐車場は施設敷地内に10台くらい駐められ、空いているところを自由に利用出来たことがとても助かりました。 空港からも近く、どこへ出掛けるにも便利だし、近くにスーパーやコンビニもあって日常のお買い物にも便利でした。 都市高速や新幹線、飛行機と近くを通ってたり飛んでたりしますが、室内はとても静かでした。 施設内はとてもキレイでしたが、気になった点は、ベットの下から忘れ物？の靴下や使用済みのスリッパが出てきたこと、食器のお皿に汚れジミ？とひび割れがあったこと。食器や調理器具を入れてある引戸の部分に汚れやホコリがあり、食器、調理器具を使うのに少し抵抗を感じました。 部屋のゴミを一階のゴミ箱スペースに出して良いようですが、みんなが出すのつで入りきれないごみが山積みとなり臭いがしてました。 すぐに片付けてくれてるようで、次に見るときにはゴミはないのですが、出入り口でもあるためゴミ置き場は裏手でもよいのかな～と感じました。 あと、部屋に掃除機があるといいなぁと感じました。 全体的にはとても満足でしたし、また利用させていただきたいと思っています！

キレイで使いやすく、チェックインも簡単でした。4人でセミダブル×2とシングル1と、十分ゆっくり泊まれました。唯一残念だったのは、食器が汚かったこと…。それ以外はとても良かった。

清潔さは間違いなく標準に達していません。改善されることを願っています。
まず、hotel.com でホテルを予約したときに、チェックイン番号が与えられませんでした。 私の電話番号を知りたいのですぐに相談したいのですが 9月20日にチェックインし、101号室にチェックインしました。 部屋のデザインはスタイリッシュですが、清潔感は非常に悪いです。 グー・チェンをソファから抱き上げたところ、ゴミ、髪の毛、埃で覆われていました。 タオルには血痕がついています 一番大きかったのは、部屋に入ってから3～4時間エアコンをつけたのですが、全然涼しくなくて、やっと知識を駆使して開けてみたら、防塵フィルターが完全に汚れていました。埃だらけでした、長い間掃除していなかったのか、とても暑かったです、夜はスタッフが見つからなかったので、自分で分解して掃除しました。 初めて楽天ステイをレンタルさせていただきました。チェックインの時は大満足でしたが、色々な問題があり、ハード面は大丈夫でも、ソフト面の清掃が行き届いていないような気がしました。お願いします。改善することができます。

満足した点 洗濯乾燥機が備え付けてある ポップインアラジンが備え付けてある コーヒーメーカーが備えつけてある 駐車場が無料で使える 設備は新しい 不満だった点 ①チェックイン方法や、設備の説明やルールなどわからないことが沢山あり、説明不足。メールも一度も届かない。滞在中、トラブルが何回もあったが（火災報知器作動）管理会社からはなんの連絡もなく、警備会社が報知器を止めただけで、説明もなかった。 ②3連泊しましたが、タオル交換や清掃はなく、その旨をきちんと明記してほしい。または、替えのタオル交換ができると良い。 ③5人で宿泊しましたが、コップも歯ブラシも同じ色で、替えもないので、誰のか分からなくなり不便でした。 ④部屋の電話から管理会社に電話するも、現在使われていないとアナウンスが流れた。 ⑤部屋の説明書に、食べ物の汁がベタベタついていた。また、しまってあるコップもこびりつきがあった。 ⑥せっかく浴室乾燥が備え付けてあるのに、ランドリーパイプがない。また、浴室乾燥のスイッチやボタンもブレーカーの奥にあり、設備の説明もないので気が付かず、また、手も届かない

の度は当施設をご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。当施設設備、駐車場等にご満足していただけましたようで、大変光栄にございます。一方で、チェックイン方法が分かりづらかった、リネン類の交換がなかった等、ご不便な思いをさせてしまい大変申し訳ございませんでした。以下ご回答させていただきます。チェックイン方法に関しましてですが、説明書の改訂につきまして検討させていただきます。また、24時間対応のカスタマーサポートセンターがございますのでそちらもご活用いただけたらと思います。リネン類の交換でございますが、当施設は7日に一回リネン類の交換をさせていただいております。もしリネン類を洗いたいとのことでしたら、当施設内の洗濯機をご利用いただけましたら幸いにございます。アメニティの色に関しましてでございますが、こちら複数の色を使ったもののご用意につきまして検討させていただきます。管理会社への電話番号につきましては、間違ったお電話番号におかけされたのかと思われますので、カスタマーセンターの番号をわかりやすい場所に明記する等の改善をさせていただきます。清掃ふびにつきまして、大変申し訳ございません。施設清掃スタッフへの周知、清掃方法の見直し、清掃の徹底をさせていただきます。乾燥機、ブレーカー等につきましてですが、こちらお客様のご指摘通り、説明書への明記等改善方法について検討させていただきます。この度はお客様貴重なお時間を割き、レビューを残していただき誠にありがとうございました。今後ともお客様のお声を元に当施設をより良くしていけますよう精進してまいりますので、またお近くへお越しの際は、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

整座大樓很新，乾淨整潔，已齊備所有必需品，如果想煮食的話，食具也齊備。 唯一是要有心理準備與火車站有點距離，步行大概15分鐘，我們的解決方法是安裝在日本可借用單車的apps，住宿的樓下就是自助租借單車站，踩單車只需幾分鐘就可以到達火車站 租單車費用每分鐘6 yen，很化算，我們也有踩至運河城那邊，很方便，也是旅遊福岡的另一體驗

お風呂も広くキッチンもあり、なんでも揃っています。洗濯機も洗剤もあり、家族で泊まるのにとても助かりました。コンビニは2、3分歩いたところにセブンイレブンがありますが、基本的には周囲には何もありません．

この度は当施設をご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。ベッドに関して小さかったということで、お客様にご不便をおかけしてしまい申し訳ありません。当施設では長期のご滞在でも快適にお過ごし頂けるよう、キッチンや調理器具、高速Wi-Fi、ドラム式の洗濯乾燥機の設置し、フランスベッド製のベッドも導入しております。まだまだ至らぬ点がございますが、より快適にお寛ぎ頂ける施設空間を目指し、従業員一同日々精進して参ります。今後も当施設をどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
