The apartment is clean and tidy. The rooms and bathroom are good and the kitchen is equipped with adequate and suitable facilities. We are very happy with the stay and can view Mt. Fuji from the window.

Host is very friendly and approachable. The air conditioning is not working well while we are there, she tried her best to fix the situation for us. She is very accommodating and friendly. The cottage itself, has kitchette, powder room downstairs, and bathroom upstairs. The beddings are very comfortable and I wish I can stay longer. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful cottage, very spacious and easy checkin. the property mention laundry but host did not mention or show us, also bicycle service etc. Would be great if all the amenities mentioned on the booking site were made available for guest. other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Host is extremely nice and helpful , I didn’t bring right power connector and host actually went and get a new one for me ! Nice view , spacious and clean place , definitely worth staying !

綺麗でステキなコテージでした！
私自身初のコテージだったのですが、3人での利用ということもあり広くて綺麗で大変満足しました。 一通りの調理器具があったり、トイレも一階と二階に１つずつあったりと過ごしやすかったです。二階は大きな窓があり、富士山がとても綺麗に見えて素敵でした。 チェックアウト時にはオススメの観光スポットを教えていただき、フレンドリーでステキな方でした。 次に河口湖へ訪れる際も是非利用したいです！

お部屋は広く、清潔で、設備も整っていました。リビングからは、富士山を独り占めしたかのような景色が見れます。管理人の方はとても暖かく接してくださいました。備品のカップを割ってしまい、謝罪しようとその事をお伝えしたところ、「怪我しなかった？」と反対に心配をしてくださいました。自信を持って人にお勧めできる素晴らしいホテルです。

Very impressive in everything.
I have stay for a night with my family. The staff is very nice and can communicate in english very well. At the kawaguchiko station, hotel has car to pickup and bring us to supermarket for shopping. The hotel is very beautiful, clean and very comfortable. About the location, it is very close to the lake and we can see fuji thought the window. I'm very impressive.
