« Our Room was 225 and all night long about every ten minutes there was a loud banging like a door downstairs slamming shut. It shook the whole floor. Got worse over our four day stay. In addition about every half hour it sounded like a jet engine taking off. Sound would last about 30 minutes. We got verry little sleep. »

« Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first. »

« Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. »
