Perfect home base for bike adventure

Place was clean, beds comfy, hot tub was a treat, ample seating at table. Kitchen appointments were adequate - could have used a few large serving or mixing bowls. One of the bedrooms was missing bedside lighting and a table. Very few hangers. Couldn’t find a receptacle for our recycling upon departure. Garage was perfect for storing bikes. Easy walk to town. Would definitely return!

Under Construction

The house is in a great location—steps from downtown and an easy drive to some of the best MTB riding in the area. However, it was still being worked on, which should have been disclosed in the listing. The garage was full of construction material and almost impossible to store our bikes in. There were no closet doors. Furniture was lacking—no end tables, coffee tables, dressers, or places to store clothes. There were only 11 hangers in the entire house. The kitchen amenities are lacking as well - no wine glasses and coffee pods but no coffee maker to use them in. The internet is mostly useless, it was not strong enough to check email, let alone stream anything. This affected the TV, which is streaming only with no cable or satellite; it was unusable. The hot tub was a nice surprise as it wasn't advertised at the time of booking. This place will be much better as work continues toward completion, it becomes fully stocked (furnishings and kitchenware), and if they address the internet connection. Until then, buyer beware.
