Bien, couleur un peu vieillaux mais bien quand même. Les lit pourrait etre mieux mais c'est passable. Le dejeuner est a1.

Hôtel bien situé
Outre la présence de coccinelles (lady bugs) dans la fenêtre de la chambre (problème pris en charge par la direction de l’hôtel) tout était conforme aux attentes. Bon déjeuner.

Mon frère et moi, nous voyagions à vélo et l'hôtel était difficile d'accès à vélo sans avoir à utiliser une route très passante. Également, nous voulions nous déplacer à pieds pour nous rendre dans le secteur des restaurants et des commerces, situé tout près, mais il n'y avait aucun aménagement (genre, des trottoirs!) pour se déplacer. Autrement dit, l'hôtel était facilement accessible pour les voitures surtout, mais pas pour les autres moyens de transport.

We had a lovely stay at this property, and found the staff to be very polite and helpful. While the property is under renovation, we were out from 9am-5pm daily and didn’t hear any construction noise during our stay. The property is certainly older and needs the renovation. The pool is closed while they are renovating. The breakfast was quite nice with a variety of options. One note is that I’m not sure the heat was working properly because it was cold every night. Even though we had the heat on 76 the unit never seemed to turn on. The convenience to Shenandoah was great!

We booked this specifically because it had an indoor pool listed. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was closed for construction. This hotel costs more relative to other hotels in the area, probably because it is listed with a pool.

Currently under construction and would have been nice to know before I booked that the pool was closed. They did message to say so and that the front door was closed during the day but it was still a pain and I would have rather booked elsewhere since we chose this location because of the pool. That being said, room was clean. Location was convenient to Shenandoah.

The room was great, the hotel and room were very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was a 'hum' in the room, not sure if it was the heater or what, but it was like 'white noise' and it lulled both my husband and myself right to sleep ☺

Clean and friendly... but under construction
The employee at the check in desk was very friendly. The wifi was down and she was very apologetic for this when I checked in. The lobby and front area were clean and there was hot coffee and hot water with tea bags or hot cocoa. Unfortunately, I was given a room beside the elevator and it was loud all night long. The room was clean. The bathroom sink was cracked, but didn't leak as far as I could see. There were notices around the hotel staying that the hotel is under construction. There was a McDonald's being built right next door, and the workers started bright and early (and loudly)on that project. The breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries, cereal, and a few other options as well as coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and juice. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was clean.

Nice and clean property with some construction happening upon arrival. No sound was heard from the room. Breakfast was nice and decent. The pet fee was a bit high, but otherwise it was a good stay.

My daughter and I was on vacation to visit family friends. The room was clean and hotel staff was very helpful. It was perfectly located to shopping and the Shenandoah National Park.

Renovating wasn’t at all inconvenient or noisy. Honestly didn’t even notice save for having to us a different exit door than the one I used when I checked in Decent breakfast. Good oatmeal, waffles making machine, eggs, bagels (good ones), yogurt. Etc. Room was comfortable and quiet

I think room was relatively clean. Light bulb flashed multiple times but they replaced when reported. We had a pet and we were charged 3 times pet fee accidentally and this was refunded to us when we called the hotel afterwards. I would suggest checking your bill before checking out.
