  • Newly renovated and furnished modern luxury mountain retreat! The home is truly an entertainers dream. Location is truly unbeatable - less than 10 minute walk in the warmer months to Frisco's charming Main St and less than 30 minute drive to the core I70 mountain resorts - Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Keystone; Beaver Creek

    The estate is set on large land acreage with space between your neighbors offering a private secluded feeling. Often sightings include moose, foxes, and many more!

    Home setup and notable features:

    Upstairs:
    - 1 master king bedroom with a 65" TV (2 closets, full en suite bathroom, double vanity)
    - 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and a 55" TV
    - Spacious full bathroom with two sinks and a tub perfect for relaxation
    - Linen closet with extra sheets, pillows, and towels
    - Bonus points for the incredible view of Mount Royal from the 2nd floor stair case!

    Downstairs:
    - Cozy living room with 55" TV above the fireplace with a lift-top coffee table
    - A fully stocked "chefs" kitchen with every appliance imaginable (2 ovens, gas range, and all new appliances) perfect for home cooked meals or take out with a dining room table that seats 8 and a kitchen island that seats an additional 4
    - Half bath off the living room
    - A dedicated home office with dual monitors (for Windows only at the moment)
    - Dedicated laundry room with brand new washer / dryer
    - Best of all - a great room with two sets of queen bunk beds (4 mattresses), a 7' pool table, a huge comfy couch for relaxing by the gas fireplace with a 65" TV above!

    Outside: brand new 10-person Sauna! Catch views of Mount Royal from the porch in the front on the rocking chairs, the backyard has a dining table and seating for up 8 guests, and a bonus circular bench with a fire pit in the middle.

    Parking: 3 car garage along with additional driveway parking for up to 3 more cars.

    Coffee lovers rejoice - we have a Keurig, Nespresso, and Drip Coffee machine.

    This place is truly an entertainer's dream perfect for families and gatherings in a comfortable setting for both long and short-term stays.

    The house has a separate entrance basement on the side that is rented year round.

This property exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The mountain setting was beautiful, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the large gathering spaces made it easy for everyone to relax together. Communication was smooth, check-in was simple, and everything was ready when we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

Danny was a phenomenal communicator. I asked about restaurants for large groups and he had plenty of recommendations. He was quick to answer other questions. He made exceptions for our groups. I could not be more pleased with this VRBO. 100% would book again

Super friendly and responsive host - he provided us with recommendations prior to check in and was very communicative the whole time with trash reminders, checking in see if we needed anything, etc.I had family fly in from different parts of the United States and London and the accessibility was great. Every mountain town we went to go visit was less than 30 minute drive. One day weather was nice and warm we walked to Main St in less than 15 minutes.House was super spacious for our big group and had every item we needed to host and be comfortable. We will be coming back to stay come winter time and hopefully again next summer! Highly recommend.
