« Overall, we had a great stay, but the check-in process was frustrating. We never received check-in instructions, and when we arrived, we couldn’t get ahold of the host. After multiple attempts, we had to contact VRBO for assistance before we were finally able to access the condo.Once we got inside, everything was wonderful.
