Welcome to your perfect Frisco mountain getaway! This new townhome has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Enjoy two luxurious king beds, a queen-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a convenient queen sleeper sofa. Admire the stunning panoramic mountain views from three private balconies. Inside, you'll find tastefully designed interiors, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet, private laundry facilities, and a one-car garage.

Conveniently located, this condo is a short walk to Frisco Main Street, Ten Mile Creek, and the free Summit Stage bus. It's also minutes away from the Frisco Bay Marina and the Frisco Adventure Park, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and various activities. Additionally, this unit offers quick and convenient access to popular ski areas such as Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail.

Enter through the private garage or front door and find a mud room with a built-in bench and hooks for storing your gear. Upstairs, the inviting great room features large windows with picturesque mountain views. Cozy up by the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace on the modern, plush sectional sofa.

The full-sized luxury kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances invites you to prepare culinary delights. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step onto the first covered patio from the dining area, offering outdoor seating. On the main level, you'll find the second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a single sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a second entrance for guests' convenience. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and initial toiletries.

The top floor welcomes you with a spacious primary suite featuring a king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from your private balcony. An adjacent work area with a desk provides a comfortable space to catch up on emails or plan your next adventure. The ensuite bathroom features quartz countertops with double sinks, a separate water room, a jetted tub, and a spacious walk-in shower with beautiful tile surround and a glass enclosure. Super nice, modern and clean townhouse. Great location; walkable to Main Street and tons of hiking, biking and running trails. Short stroll to the lake. The one downside for us was the top level were the main bedroom is was very warm at night. This was with leaving the few windows that opened, open, and using fans. Granted it’s summer and to be expected. We ended up sleeping in the bunk room in the lower level where it was much cooler.

The location and quality of the home was amazing. Lots of amenities, wonderful views. The kids loved the bunk room. Also, having a garage is really handy. The only issue we had was some ice in the driveway, which isn't all that uncommon in Frisco in March. I would recommend a 4WD vehicle pretty much anywhere in this area at this time anyhow.

Aesthetically the house is sharp modern and very nice. Functionally during the winter it is a poor choice.1. Dirty dishes in the cabinet 2. Filthy dishwasher 3. 1 roll of paper towels for a 17 day stay 4. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire stay5. Heated floors are the only heat source to warm the home. This causes the house to never regulate temperature which is awful for adults and worse for babies. 6. Dryer lint traps were full of lint 7. The house was very cold upon arrival. 8. Driveway and entry walkway were covered In ice and snow. No salt to put down was made available we had to request someone bring salt for us to put down ourselves. 9. full size SUV does not fit in the garage 10. Every blanket felt like it was an

Great property, ample space, adequately stocked. Had slower than desired communication with rental company. The one and only bath tub was broken, dish washer ended up not working and the company never replied to me about it. Otherwise very comfy beds, great location, overall lovely stay!

Very nice condo, comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay and cooking. The neighbor good was great and location was perfect. Just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street. A short walk in the opposite direction and you’re at the walking/biking path and trails into the mountains. We will definitely book this condo for our next visit.

House was wonderful! Only issues were the bathtub being out of order (which they told us about ahead of time) and it was very hot inside when we arrived, since it was warm outside and the house does not have air conditioning. The primary bedroom on the top floor was the worst. This would only be an issue in the summer if you’re someone who likes it cool inside. We just had to open all of the windows for a bit to let some fresh air in, and the house stayed comfortable after that. We loved the kitchen and living room area, and did lots of cooking and hanging out. With only 2 couples in the house, it felt very spacious. Would recommend to anyone! We did lots of hanging out and cooked breakfast every morning

The property was great for our ski vacation. It is close to all of the major ski resorts. The check in process was smooth and the management company was very helpful. We had an issue with the flights and we had to change our dates and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend this property!

We loved everything about this townhome. It was located close to downtown and it was an easy drive to Copper mountain for skiing. There was n shuttle service unfortunately. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable!

We had a great trip. The condo is new and modern. Very short walk to Main St in Frisco. The kitchen is well set up and stocked with the basics. Plenty of seating for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.
