The second bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen tv, and attached access to the second bathroom. The family room has a 65" TV and is a comfy space with a beautiful view.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. Contact the owner at 571-332-4032 for approval before booking. Ā You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Resort amenities include two 18-hole golf courses, an Olympic-size pool, an adult pool with beach bar, a 10 court tennis club, a fitness center, beach and bike rentals, several restaurants and an activity center. Through the marina you can rent a kayak or book an evening cruise on the Fripper to watch for dolphins. Additional fees may apply for some amenities and a Club Card is required. Club cards cost $55/person (fees) a week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39/person (+fees) a week the rest of the year. All guests 13 & up must have their own card. In order to go to the island restaurants all members of the party (13 & older) must have a guest card. A new fee will be charged in a ddition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, the amount will be 12.8% of the total rent for the stay.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
