The space
Kitchen is roomy with plenty of space to have conversations while preparing food. From the large dining table to the island with seating there is room for you all. You have everything from coffee to tea to hot chocolate in the cooler months. You can also enjoy bottled water with flavor packets and if that isn’t enough you can make full pitchers of lemonade or fruit punch!

4 bedrooms to accommodate all guests so no need to sleep on a couch when you have 5 beds to choose from. All rooms are provided with quality linens and comforters with plush blankets making sure that you are able to catch zzzz’s like a queen and king should! All mattresses have pillow top mattress pads creating an extra thick cooling layer.

2 bathrooms that are unique in that they are completely different. One has cooler brighter lighting with the shower and the other has a warmer earth tone lighting which is great for all types of people applying makeup, yes we tried thinking of it all! The bathroom with the tub has been fully renovated with its marble tile
and shelving to accommodate all essentials.

But my favorite spot is the 3 season porch and I’m sure soon to be yours too! Coffee, games, tv, meals whatever you’re in the mood for can be carried out there without the hassle of bugs! Yes especially those mosquitos can get annoying by the campfire at times with being near the lake but don’t let that deter you from enjoying things because that porch is ready to entertain with even twinkle lights♥️

Grilling your thing? We have a propane grill or a grill top for the fire pit so you can choose how you’d like to cook!

Side notes…
🌿Please no smoking or vaping inside the home or there will be a $350 fee. There are ashtrays on each deck outside for butts please put them there. If we find butts in the yard there is a $20 fee per butt. We like to maintain a clean property so please help us in doing so as we’re also family friendly, thank you!
🌿Please keep the doors closed to prevent any critters and or insects from entering the space. This is extremely important of patio door in living room and 3 season porch doors and master bedroom porch door since there are no screens on them, thank you!
🌿No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/pandemics/ illnesses will be given.
🌿We love animals, however, we have cats that keep the mice at bay on the property, so no animals allowed. If you have a pet we can recommend a different location. We also have a family of fox that live under our porch in the back from time to time.
🌿Bathroom use septic system so only flush tp, nothing else, thank you!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and property excluding the locked cabinet in bar area
Other things to note
Please do not unplug the Wi-Fi modem and ring security cameras. If tampering persists after 15 minutes we will have to cancel the reservation with no refund as security and your safety is our priority.
