Susannah the front desk manager was horrible. I waited for 15 minutes while she stared at her computer screen. I finally had to show her how to remove the wrong name she had typed in the search bar. Once she found my reservation, after i told her, its the last name on the screen in front of you, she then stood looking at her screen for another 2 minutes.

First off when we arrived it wasnt the tracelodge anymore. Its called something else. So when we went to check in our reservation wasnt there. There was a mix up from expedia.com to their system. We had already paid in advance. Luckily there was a room left so we had to pay again. At the momebt waiting on a refund. 2nd the room smelled of smoke in non smoking. When we awoke the next morning there were roaches crawli g the walls and a huge dead one under our bed. So housekeeping was lagging on that end. And having a roach issue i underatand is tough to trsat but ive stayed at many hotels and never experienced them there first hand. Will not return there. And am wearybin using expedia for room rental since our issue of no reservation after we had paid.

This is my third time staying here when I stay I check in it for weeks at a time and each time the staff was great my room very nice and clean everything look brand new the room smelled fresh never once have I had a disturbance from anyone and when I call the office to ask for something they're right on it I'm very happy with my stay and I will continue to check in when I'm in town I highly recommend it they also have good prices for their rooms
