Hôtel correct.
Bien situé. Chambre propre. Relais de motocycliste alors les inconditionnels de Harley sont heureux d’incommoder les autres clients avec le bruit infernal de leur moto. Déplaisant et irrespectueux. Déjeuner pauvre: à 8h30, il ne restait presque plus rien à manger. Il a même fallu aller chercher 2 verres dans la chambre pour boire un restant de café car il n’y avait plus de verres

The room feels dark and dingy. It might feel lighter and brighter if the wall wasn’t painted dark purple and there was light through the one window. Whomever they hired to paint should be replaced. There is paint splattered all over the floor and drops on the refrigerator. This is my first time in a La Quinta and it will definitely be my last. The neighbors got home around 2am and have been partying next door all night. It’s now 6:30am. I just want to get out of here.

Customers are very rude when they get up in the morning they're talking loud standing by your door they don't know if you're asleep or up that's one thing it needs to be said please respect your neighbors while staying here other than that no problem

The toilet smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the rooms were a little outdated. The noise coming from people walking and talking loudly in the halls at about 2:30 AM felt like they were right in the room with us. Though I will say that the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful during our stay.

1st day for breakfast hot gravy was brought out but the biscuits were frozen. Within an hour there was no meat or eggs. 2nd day very early there were no meat or eggs. There was plenty of bread for toast and waffle mix. Only one coffee caraft that emptied quickly.

The room was clean but the stairs and walkways should be better maintained. The elevator was broken so we had to carry everything upstairs. After taking our suitcases and belongings into our room, we noticed that the door wouldn't lock when it was closed. Staff couldn't figure it out and didn't have another room ready for us, so we had to walk downstairs and put everything back in the car so we could get to our event on time. When we returned after 11pm, there was only a room on the third floor, so we had to walk everything back up to the new room. The problems with the door lock and elevator were not the fault of the staff on duty and they handled things as well as they could. When checking out the next day, I accidentally left my charger in the room and my key stopped working. Housekeeping said they couldn't open the door so I could go back in, but the young woman at the front desk was nice enough to walk up to the third floor and get the charger for me.

There is a calm and warm feeling I get every time I stay here. The rooms are very clean and in order. The beds are super comfortable which help me sleep like a baby. There is very little noise from other guests or the outside world. I have stayed here several times over the weekend and I haven't had any bad experiences whatsoever. The staff is very friendly, professional and kind. The service is great and breakfast is available with a variety of food items to choose from. The WiFi has no issues with slow connection. There are plenty of cable channels to watch during your stay. There's a microwave and a small fridge for added convenience. There's quite a bit of places to choose from that are near by, when it comes time to eat or have some leisure time. I recommend this place for its low rates and added comfort. Room availability is always reliable convenient. *****Full stars by me*****

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly once they finally came to the front desk. I could only use 3 of the 6 drawers in the dresser. For some reason the other 3 would not open. The breakfast was very limited with only waffle mix, cold cereal and two pans that were emply that I assumed had scrambled eggs in one and some lind of meat in the other and this was at 8 am. When I first got there I walked around the hotel to get familar with the layout. I was in a room on the second floor. I went to the third floor looking for an ice machine and it looked like the third floor had not been used in quite some time with pigeons roosting everywhere and pigeon poop everywhere. This stay met the bare basics except for the lack of a breakfast. Fortunately there is an IHOP next door. I will look a little harder the next time I need a place to stay in Fresno.

They say breakfast comes with your stay, it’s a waffle maker, dollar tree mini muffins, expired yogurts, broken coffee dispensers and best of all, they put things out at least 30mins late. The rooms smell and as soon as you turn the light you can see cockroaches scared away!

Even a Motel6 room gets you a minifridge and micro
Is the first time I get a room with no microwave and no minifridge., the thermostat on the wall is not controlling anything , you have to go to the wall AC unit and push the buttons on it.

I asked for a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in.

Dear Sarah,Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear this. All of our rooms are non-smoking however, sometimes people break that rule. Regardless, you should not have been given a room under those conditions. I offer my sincere apologies. Thank you, and have a great day!
