Located above the popular Tap Yard Taproom, this unique space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a weekend getaway.



This thoughtfully designed studio loft features an open-concept layout that maximizes space and style. The murphy bed transforms the space for daytime use, while offering a comfortable and restful sleep at night. Enjoy the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and charming brick accents that create a warm, inviting atmosphere.



Relax on the plush sofa and unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or gather with friends for a game of Jenga from the coffee table game stash. With plenty of natural light pouring in, the space feels open and airy, providing the perfect place to recharge after a busy day.

Other Things to Note:

Due to the vibrant downtown location, guests may notice some noise during the day. Please note that the unit is accessible via stairs only and parking is limited to street parking. We suggest guests park out front during check in process. For your convenience, trash should be taken to the dumpster in the rear parking lot. We are happy to accommodate long term stays, please contact us for details. Standard check in is after 4pm and check out is by 11am. We ask that you communicate with our office between 8am and 9pm regarding your arrival. Please be mindful that this is a non smoking property and we maintain strict quiet hours between 11pm and 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
