« nice new construction—ours was more of an intimate studio-type layout; large bed overlooked the living room with an electric fireplace/heater and TV—the kitchen was moderately stocked with enough cookware to meal prep (oil, honey, and spices came in handy); the Keurig coffee/tea was convenient; the owner was responsive on the vrbo app and text when we had a little power outage—it was close to town and a short direct drive into the park, and the grounds were very clean. »

« Yurt was as expected and pictured on listing. The bathroom was a little further than expected (and slightly uphill) which could make it difficult for someone who needs to go in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this unique experience. I wish I would've know there was a mini-fridge, a microwave and some other kitchen items in the unit - we would've planned a dinner around that. A great location for visiting Sequoia. »
