Our room was OK, but the pillows were very flat - we asked for additional pillows and were told there were not any. We went out and bought our own pillows so we could have a better night sleep.

Only the rooms has the smell of smoke , and the restroom it was the most smell , but it was a clean place and has a little kitchen.

Although our room was spacious and well appointed, service was needlessly bad. The promised "grab and go" breakfast did not materialize. The room had no coffee machine and the lobby had coffee only at breakfast time. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The kitchenette was entirely unequipped (no plates, silverware, etc.) The bathroom light was out. At our requests, the front desk fixed the light, supplied some kitchen items, gave us some shampoo, but all this seemed like a hassle.

Rude receptionist who refused to look up my Hotel.com booking. Made me show it to her on my phone instead of using her computer. Told me reservations sometimes don’t go through, and I told her why don’t you look to see if it came through, instead made me show her my reservation on the app and never bothered to look anything up. Corridor smelled like chorizo and room smelled like pot smokers occupied it before me. Such a horrible hotel.

Recommended with minor considerations
Overall it was good. Because of its location on a one way street, getting in and out of the parking lot was a challenge. The room was clean, but well worn and the shower fixture needed some repairs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was huge and comfortable but the free breakfast was simply coffee and small granola bars. There is a Safeway within walking distance so bring some cookware and utensils and make your own food in the more adequate kitchenette.

The location of the motel is convenient but the grab and go breakfast was extremely disappointing! They only offer guests small (cheap tasting) muffins, mediocre coffee, below average cocoa, hot cereal packets that are designed for children, granola bars, and absolutely no fruit! I was quite shocked that this particular Extended Stay was so frugal but they are pretty occupied or full on a daily basis which means they are making a lot of money! They definitely don't value their guests enough to at least offer them quality grab and go breakfast options. muffins,

Access to freeway. No one to check me in. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk after calling the number posted and the number listed. I couldn't acccess the internet as the desk clerk didn't know their site. Fan in Bathroom was VERY loud. Room smelled. Breakfast snacks were almost non-existant.
