If you want to escape, get away from it all, come enjoy the quiet, rustic surroundings of an old ranching community. This quiet area offers stunning mountain views of red rock cliffs, spectacular sunsets, but most of all, views of the night's stars! We're located in the center of 4 amazing attractions: Coral Pink Sand Dunes/Zion National Park/Bryce Canyon & the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

I spent 9 days at Jeanette's ranch with my husband and our two children aged 19 and 15, and each of us had magical moments āœØļø The place is huge, perfectly clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. Sleeping on the king double bed is like sleeping on clouds. šŸ˜Š The setting is magical, with the horses, the mountains in the background and the clear, blue sky above us. At night we were so impressed that we could look at the stars and all the constellations. Jeanette is a really nice woman and did everything to make our stay more comfortable. Now we are back in France and we miss everything we did, everything we experienced and everyone we met at Jeanette's ranch ... Thank you again Jeanette for all the magical moments we experienced thanks to you. Please hug the adorable cats for us, Shadow and the cute little kitten ā¤ļø Love from France šŸ˜˜

The guesthouse was perfect. Clean and comfortable. We loved the big refrigerator to hold all of our food and drinks. We like bringing our own food and the owners here had all the kitchen utensils to make our trip excellent. Bed was comfy and I loved being able to visit with the horses and thought it was so sweet that their cats and dogs would greet us when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality. One of the most beautiful stays in my lifetime. Woke up to beautiful views and horses (my favorite part)! Close proximity to Zion and even visited best friends animal sanctuary which was one of the best experiences. 100% would come back.

The bunkhouse was great for my son and I to stay for hiking at Zion and Bryce. Zion was an hour away and Bryce was a little less than 2 hours away. Had a fully equipped kitchen so we could make breakfast and pack lunch before leaving for the day.

This space was clean, spacious, comfortable and all around the perfect place to come back yo from our daily trips. We visited Secret Antelope Canyon, Zion, North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Bryce. If you are renting a vehicle and itā€™s a car this is not the place to stay we had a issue and actually got stuck from a place in the drive way! Shower was nice, kitchen was nice, outdoor space nice. Had some beautiful views from the front door! The apartment is decorated nice also!! The Carpet just needs updated, needs new pillows and the bed has to huge stains and I just want a clean bed when I stay somewhere! We actually only ended up staying two nights

Ranch location with clean nice homey spot! There are beautiful horses and a cats and the scenery out the window and to wake up to is breathtaking! Enjoyed staying and got a taste of that part of the country. It is remote. Itā€™s a 2 hour drive to Bryce and the Grand Canyon just so you know.

Jeanette was wonderful. She was so kind to find us a basketball for my 11 year old son that provided hours of entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was amazing. We were able to get to 4 national parks from this location which was perfect.

We had an amazing time at this location. If youā€™re looking to be in the middle of all the National Parks this is the spot. Peace and quite is an understatement. It is absolutely beautiful and secluded but just a short drive to everything. Wonderful!
