Parker House features a king bedroom and a private bath with a walk-in shower. Pfiester House features a king bedroom and private bath with both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Smith House features two king bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Each cottage has its own outdoor area with a gas grill and fire-pit.

There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation. A $45 per pet, per night fee will apply. Pets should be a non-shedding breed, and a pet is never allowed on any furniture or bed.

Please note there is no dishwasher or stove.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
