« Just as described. Everything was clean! Property is easy to get to. If you enjoy seeing deer, this is the area for you! The drive from Fredericksburg to this VRBO i counted 32 deer one night and thats just the ones i seen. First night in the house was a chilly day/night and the house had plenty of heating to keep it warm. Shower has great water pressure. « This is our second time staying at the cottage and we love it! We love the privacy and rural area where the deer come to visit daily -a nice distance away from Fredericksburg. The cottage is well equipped, clean and baby friendly as we had a one year old and the playpen came in handy. The spaces were comfortable for our family of 6 plus a tiny one and we loved having all king beds in the bedrooms. « The houses seem very new and the location is very convenient for visiting the vineyards in the area. Waking up and drinking coffee while watching cows in the field is a nice touch. Do note they don’t have ovens or stoves so morning breakfast can be a bit difficult but minor flaw in what was overall a wonderful stay. »
