We will speak with the Head Housekeeper and address the issues you mentioned. And share your comments with the owners of the hotel also. We do offer a wide range of variety on our breakfast buffet. From scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal and yes cold cereal and bagels and such. We are sorry none of these choices were to your liking. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at La Quinta Inns & Suites, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We will speak with our Head Housekeeper and housekeeping team about the issues you mentioned. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We are always happy to move your room or send an employee up to fix the issues in your room, if you are not happy. We love to have a chance to make it right. We are very sorry about the noise. We are a very busy hotel and noise can sometimes be an issue. If there is however a room with excessive noise, we are always happy to call or visit the room and follow up on noise complaints. It is usually resolved easily. Thank you again for taking the time to express your concerns and for choosing to stay with us.
