This charming three-bedroom, two-bath home is nestled in a picturesque and quiet neighborhood and will accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, cozy chair and a smart television for your entertainment. Each of the three bedrooms also features its own smart TV, ensuring everyone can unwind and catch up on their favorite shows or movies before drifting off to dreamland.

You will find a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker and an electric stove. Fabulous house in the perfect location!

The house was just as described. Nice and cozy but with lots of room. The hot tub worked perfect and was an amazing addition. We were in walking distance of Main Street and it was super convenient. The property manager checked on us several times through text and openly encouraged us to let them know if we needed anything. We would love to stay here again when we come back!

Overall Comfortable Stay

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The house we rented was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is also nice, although there are not many plates available. I was a little surprised that the rental company (Cozi Vacation Rentals) required a 1000 hold on a card through a separate site from Vrbo for incidentals, so renters should be aware of that. When we first arrived, the hot tub was extremely dirty and smelled terrible, but I contacted the host and they sent someone out the next day to service it. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived. They sent someone out on our third day, but they never got it working, so the TVs were basically useless and we couldn’t connect any of our devices during our stay. I would also suggest that the hosts add window coverings on the front of the house and especially in the master bathroom. At night, you are extremely exposed as the window is right behind the toilet and next to the shower. If these things were fixed, we would definitely stay here again. The proximity to Main Street is great! The hosts were also very quick to respond.

Great stay!

We had a really nice stay. We were two adults and two kids (5 and 7). The house was just like the pictures, open and airy in the main living area. There were a few minor areas for maintenance or improvement, but nothing that detracted from enjoying our stay!

Fredericksburg Family Fun

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property. This home is walkable to main and in a very nicely maintained neighborhood. There was plenty of space and great amenities. The owners were quick to respond and attentive to our needs and comfort. We will be back!

Would find a different place

We arrived at 4pm for check in. The house was dirty, used towels in the floor beds have been used and smelt like a bachelor party. Finally had cleaning service show up at 4:50pm so we sat on the porch in the heat for 30 more minutes for them to clean. I wouldn’t book with them again. It was just my wife and I.

Quick walk to downtown

10 min walk to downtown. Some of the previous reviews mentioned no privacy with neighbors, there have been blinds added on those windows. Hot tub was clean and hot. A little light on kitchen supplies, ie pizza pan and pizza cutter, but all the rest of the basics are there. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfy

We had a great time between sitting around the large island and using the hot tub. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. A previous review mentioned that during the night you cannot see outside but those outside can see in, this is a true statement. It did not bother us since we did not hang out or sleep in the living room area after dark. We believe the windows were installed backwards. Recommendation would be to stock the kitchen better to accommodate 6 people; it was low on plates and coffee cups. Also, have the drawers looked at since they seem to have trouble staying on the tracks. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely rebook this house!

Christmas getaway

It was a lovely stay. Easy check-in. Management team sent text for easy contact if anything was needed. The house was very nice and we really liked the location so close to Main st. The windows in the living room, kitchen and master bath need blinds or curtains. It was a very uncomfortable feeling for all of us. The backyard needs to be cleaned up.

We arrived at this property with our family of 5 for a week's stay. The property is located next to a vacant gravel lot that is unkempt (not with grass and trees as shown in the picture). The backyard of this place is also a big gravel lot that is unkempt. The hot tub is located on the back porch with zero privacy from the neighbors across the street. The windows have no coverings and you can see straight into them. The master bedroom has a king bed and the two other bedrooms have twin beds in them. There's a small roll out cot that could possibly sleep a child less than 5 feet tall. One of my teenagers had nowhere to sleep. The air conditioner also didn't work in the master bedroom and bathroom. We were so miserable with nowhere to sleep for my son and no air conditioning in the master bedroom that we left after 2 nights of our intended 6 night stay. The cabinets in the kitchen are so cheap that when you pull on the drawer it has no rails so the drawer just comes out. There's nothing luxury about this place. Move along.

BE AWARE WINDOWS ARE NOT ONE WAY GLASS AND THERE ARE NO CURTAINS IN MAIN LIVING AREA

Rental / check in agreement states in BOLD lettering that windows are privacy glass and can not be seen through from the outside at night. Took until night 2 for us to realize this is not true!!! You can see straight through.... and there are neighbors immediately next door, so needless to say it felt a bit violating. WINDOW COVERINGS ARE NOT IN THE MAIN LIVING AREA! The complimentary bottle of wine was very nice of the host. The house and decorations are beautiful. The master bathroom is stunning, but there is a little bit of black mold in the shower floor / wall tile area under the shower head.

Rental was clean and tidy. Liked the neighborhood and the variety of shops and wineries was incredible. Kitchen drawers need some attention. Once opened they tend to go off track. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of shopping. Could not find any dinner plates in the unit. I would like to return to Fredericksburg close to Xmas and would rent this unit again

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that concerned us is that at night anyone can see in through the windows from outside, yet when we were inside we couldn't see out (until daytime). We felt this did not respect our privacy. Otherwise loved the proximity to Main St.

Just a Nice House

The house was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the rental had the potential to be first rate. However, the basic supplies for a family stay were not provided. No trash bags, paper towels, tissues and there was not enough wash cloths/ bath towels for the full stay. Laundry tabs would have been nice. I might suggest that all the instructions for the house be placed in a book for renters. Additional information about what entertainment is available would have been helpful. We had to find the visitors center for map and attractions. You have a nice place but need to make visitors feel better served. Other properties, I have stayed with had welcome waters in the refrigerator and snacks provided at the time of check in.

The property was in very good shape, and clean. In the into email it said the windows were all one way so no one can see in, which is nice since there are no curtains. However, this is only true during the day, as soon as it’s dark outside you can see straight through to the inside of the house. It would be nice if they would add some curtains for night time.

Beautiful home! This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Fredericksburg. We had a group of 6 and the amount of space for all of us to feel comfortable was perfect! Great for entertaining. Only a few blocks from Main! We will definitely be back.
