The house is loaded with amenities: A spacious private backyard for pets to run around and play.

KITCHEN: Fridge with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, cooking basics, dishware, pots and pans.

GENERAL: Keyless entry, electric fireplace, toiletries, hair dryer, linens/towels, iron/board

NOTE: The glass shower enclosure is average sized and elegantly slim. Please ensure the shower size meet your needs. Tailored to accommodate only one person at a time, it features both an adjustable shower head and a hand-held shower.

COMPLIMENTARY: Water, coffee, tea, condiments, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner

HOT TUB: One of the highlights of our house is the hot tub that rest on the deck in backyard surrounded by a privacy fence.

Hot Tub Guidelines:

Hot Tub Usage: Access must be requested prior to your arrival. Our hot tub is on a regular cleaning and service schedule. On rare occasions, you may not be able to use the tub for a short time after it has been serviced.

Capacity: The hot tub accommodates 2-3 guests at a time.

Swimwear: Only guests wearing appropriate swimwear are permitted to use the hot tub.

***Children are not allowed in the hot tub.***

PETS: Unfortunately, we only accept house broken dogs. A $100 for EACH pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets that use pee pads are not allowed.

SMOKING : Guests are welcome to smoke, vape, or use hookah only on the backyard deck, where ashtrays are provided for your convenience.

Note : To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment, smoking, vaping, hookah, cannabis (marijuana), or any other form of smoking or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the house. The preparation of cannabis and related paraphernalia is also not allowed inside the house. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy is strictly enforced.

SERVICE ANIMAL: Service animals are always allowed; however, we follow the laws set forth by the State of Louisiana, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and Fair Housing Act.

A service animal is an animal who is trained to do work or tasks for someone with a disability, whether physical or mental.

SAFETY: There are security cameras installed on the exterior/outside of the house. The doorbell is a camera. In the backyard, a camera monitors our unoccupied RV (no one lives in the RV) and the back door entrance. A camera monitors the front door entrance and the driveway. FYI – We’re not living on the set of First 48! The cameras are there just making sure the ghosts don’t throw a house party when no one is around. And those black solar screens on the windows? They’re for energy efficiency and UV sun ray protection—not safety concerns. Just keeping things cool, NOT keeping things out! LOL.

** There are absolutely NO cameras or recording devices INSIDE of the house.

Neighborhood Vibes: The neighborhood blends modern updates with classic, old-school character that could use a little TLC. The traffic slows down by 9:30 or 10 p.m., and kids are out walking and riding bikes. And yes, they’re a bit nosy—just like good neighbors, keeping an eye on things and making sure all is well!

To ensure a comfortable stay in our cozy home, we limit occupancy to a maximum of 4 registered guests including children. (There is a sofa bed, twin sized air mattress, and queen sized bed.) This rule is strictly enforced.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the attic.
