« The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay. « The staff was excellent and very accommodating, HOWEVER when we arrived we went into our room and there was a strange sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. We then switched to another room and the same odd smell (a little less) was coming out of the bathroom. Not sure if it is old piping but the smell was unpleasant and it is something that should be looked at. Everything else was fine, but the smell was a bit off putting. »

« The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke...
