My family of 3 stayed here while visiting for a high school graduation. We checked in and immediately went back to the front desk to switch rooms because it was filthy. Yellow stains on the bedding, hair in the tub, fridge still had leftovers, the bathroom wasn’t even clean. I’ll spare you the awful details. They put us in a 2nd room. Similar to the 1st but change yellow stains to a blood stains. Back to the front desk and this time the desk cleric did a walk through with my husband for the 3rd room it was also badly stains. We settled with the 4th room. Still had blood stained sheets we didn’t charco till bed time, hair and a contact in the tub. Fridge was cleaner but not clean. Some beverage stains running down the wall. Chipped paint. By the end of the trip we noticed that room service only consisted of clean towels and taking out the trash. They made the beds but never change the sheets that was a 4 day stay. They gave us enough towels for 2 people and nitpicked when we asked for extra. Customer service was only decent the day we checked in.

Just left there because there was stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Asked them to look at it and they wouldnt inspect if some the stains were dry blood. Going try get refund but not holding my breath.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for three nights. We checked out after our second night but realized we needed to stay another night and when we checked back in that following evening we were put back into the same room which still had the same comforter on it as before we left. There was plan marks all up and down the wall as well as in the bathroom. The mirror was clean but could be cleaner. All in all with how poor the cleanliness was of the walls throughout the whole room and bathroom it was very unbecoming and onsightly. It takes little to no effort to clean those types of marks off.

They advertise that the room are all newly renovated. Our room was in bad shape and definitely not recently renovated. Paint missing in some spots, bathroom fan bearing going bad, the tiolet paper holder was broken, and one of the lights was burnt out. As far as cleanliness, the sheets were stained and there was mold on the top edge of the shower. And service was not much better, there was one employee that sat in the lobby all night and morning talking and watching his phone. Whenever anyone ask a question, he just point to the desk without saying a word to any guest. When I booked this room, it said there was free breakfast, when I asked where it was, I was told they only fo free coffee, no breakfast. I will never stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The sheets were dirty, and the room reeked. Stains on the ceiling and moldy shower curtains showed the place hadn't been cared for. The bed sheets hadn't been changed, there was rust everywhere, and a loud alarm went off at night. The door was broken, bugs were crawling around, and I woke up with bug bites. The pool was dirty too. The only good quality is the customer service.

Bed bugs!!!
The rooms are nasty. Dog fever in the halls. No customer services. Roaches and bed bugs. I took pictures of was moved rooms. Next room had the same I was promised a refund then wasn’t refunded. Bed bugs and roaches. Left my suitcase and spent a lot of money to clean what I could salvage. Hoping I don’t take them home.

You get what you pay for
Very run down. Says newly renovated. Looks like they threw som laminate fooring down and called it a new room. Have the feeling the owners live there. The smell of curry coming from their room was over powering. Walked in the lobby and he was sitting in the chair on a phone with his bare feet propped up on one of the tables. Not a very professional atmosphere here.

The hallway was gross and had obviously been sprayed with air freshener in an attempt to cover up another smell. The first room we were assigned was locked from the inside and the employee was unable to gain access. The second room had blood on the sheets and dirty towels in the sink. We attempted a 3rd room but it reeked of mold/mildew; upon inspection, the air conditioner was completely full of mold. The one upside was that the gentleman at the front desk was accommodating and refunded our money without any issue.

The lobby was muggy as if the air was not working. Hoped that my room would be cool. Walked in and the room was hot as heck. Turned on the air which took forever to cool down room. Never really was comfortable, but tolerable. The bathroom shower knob was about to fall off. Coffee maker didn’t work. Had to ask for more towels. We had 3 people registered for the room but only 2 towels. Beds were not super comfortable. It was an OK place to hang for the night, but was nothing special.

I've stayed here appx. 6 times. Probably will try another nearby hotel. Though no fault of management, we had an adjoining room with a very loud trio making noise until after 2am. We had words, but in typical selfish fashion, which is more the norm these days, they continued on... And, when I REALLY needed my morning coffee, none was available.

This was probably the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was low-quality, and every towel, bedsheets, etc. had multiple stains on it Nothing about the place made me feel like it was clean or fresh.

The property looks ok on the expterior. The interior has issues. My room had lights that didn't work. Not enough lights. Refrigerator didn't work and the freezer section was over-run with ice build up. Bed OK. Heater just ran heat. Temp setting didn't work and the display showed the incorrect temperature. Some wall power outlets wouldn't work with a plug.

The property was the only one around that had vacancies and now I know why. No roll aways. No extra blankets No extra towels, but that was okay because the tub was so dirty that none of us would rvrn step into it. Cable was out, so no TV to cover the semi truck noises from next door. When I asked for a partial refund due to the issues, I was told "you stay, you pay" is the owners policy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Pillow cases aren’t clean and shower hot water takes 15mins to heat up. Heat takes more than an hour to heat up too. Other than that, everything was great!
