Difficult access due to remote location 15 minutes walk from any close public transportation system. Hotel needs a little uplift. However, as a good point, breakfast selections are very diversified and complete.

Reveil matinale le deuxième jour par les femmes de ménage. Dormir dans un hôtel c'est vraiment la base. La chambre premium necessite des travaux de réparation. Le système de climatisation est hors d'âge. Check inn sans aucune information. Une personne a l'accueil a été tres sympathique et efficace.

bon séjour pour un concert
Nous avons réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel pour aller voir un concert à la commerzbank arena. Hôtel très pratique car vraiment proche de la salle, passage par la fôret avec une partie sans éclairage la nuit mais avec les lampes torches des téléphones portables nous avons réussi sans problème à retrouver le chemin de l'hôtel. Literie confortable, nous entendions un peu les avions de l'aéroport, propreté ok, style un peu vieux l'hôtel mériterait peut être un peu de rafraîchissement.

Le personnel très accueillant et disponible. J’ai pu libérer ma chambre plus tard que prévu sans qu’on ne m’harcèle. La situation est excellente quand on est véhiculé, hôtel à 10mn du centre ville et pareil pour l'aéroport.

Hôtel est aligné sur la piste d atterrisssge de l aéroport de Francfort et les fenêtres sont anciennes donc nous avons entendu tous les avions qui ont atterri ! D autre part, l hôtel est un peu ancien !

Quand j’ai fait ma réservation c’était pour deux grands lits, mais on a eu deux petits lits et mes pieds dépassaient. La chambre communique avec une autre chambre et on a eu du mal à dormir à cause de la personne qui ronflait à côté.

Servicing rooms at 1am 😡
Room comfort was shocking, from the pillows, to the bed. Even the cleaniness of the bathroom was dreadful(ground in stains on toilet and sink) And to top all that off my final nights stay was greeted by staff carrying out room service duties at 1am for around 30 minutes(hoovering & particularly loud shouting between the 3 staff) I then could not get back to sleep for the remainder of the night Really unhappy customer

This quaint hotel was conveniently located for us after a very complicated and long day of travel complications. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and restaurant/bar was much appreciated and tasty. Made a world of difference for our journey.
