Bizarrement mais nous n’avons pas eu des robe de chambre dans la chambre. Aucun explication concernant le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel confortable mais accueil déplorable
Hôtel bien placé si on doit dormir à l’aéroport, proche terminal 1, confortable , bien insonorisé. C’était notre 2 eme séjour mais nous n’y retournerons plus. Nous étions 3 couples et nous avons tous étés mal accueillis à notre arrivée.l’employé était assez sec et désagréable . Pareil au restaurant où nous avons dû attendre 1h30 pour pouvoir manger , ( alors qu’il y avait peu de client) l’unique serveur etait aussi très désagréable. Je pense qu’une formation sur l’accueil en hôtellerie serait bienvenue

Manque de respect de la part du personnel. Aucune possibilité de négociation ou de trouver des solutions. Aucun service d'aide ou de conciergerie. Over charged pour le early check-in. Pas de restaurant ou de service de nourriture en soirée. Rien à vendre sur place. Taxe additionnelle en euro pour les touristes à l'arrivée. Transport payant pour l'aéroport (shuttle), et en plus se fait à l'hôtel voisin. Aucun service ou soutien pour les valises. Non recommandé ! Mieux de payer un peu plus et d'aller au Hilton à côté.

Sur votre site il était marqué que la navette entre l’aéroport et l hôtel et l hôtel et L’aéroport était gratuit, comment cela ce fait que nous avons payé 6 euros par personnes pour 2 personnes 12 euros. ATTENTION LE BUS POUR L HÔTEL N EST PAS GRATUIT. A L ALLER OUI (on attire le client ) PUIS LE RETOUR ON ASSOMME LE CLIENT

Très belle chambre. Hôtel à 2 pas de l’aéroport dommage que le parking soit si chère 29€ c’est exagéré. Mais pour une nuit avant de prendre notre vol c’est parfait.

Absolutely awful hotel. Room was super small and not very clean. Front desk workers were beyond rude during check-in. Tried to ask questions and get help to find a store and they directed us almost 10 miles away as "the closest". I found one we needed less than 4 blocks away. Elevator card swipe was not working right and when asked for help, they got an attitude with us. Was charged for a simple cup of coffee and even that was an ordeal to get. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. Deducting 1 star because of airport shuttle. First of all, it isn't available between 12 noon and 4 pm. Also, it doesn't depart directly from the Hampton Inn, ,you have to walk to the Holiday Inn. Lastly, it costs 6 Euros per person, so a taxi is actually more convenient and cheaper. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, shower was great, band room was clean and quiet. Overall recommended, but note shuttle restrictions.

I stayed 1 night and it was really close to the airport which is what I wanted but there is nothing else around but other hotels. Made it a bit difficult when looking for something to eat but luckily the hotel does provide some food, like pizza or other snacks for purchase.

Even with a lot of construction going on all around the property was very clean and we were greeted by the staff and quickly checked in. The room was very clean, although we found it a bit odd that the bed was very close to the bathroom wall leaving just about a foot between the bed and wall. When we went to bed that night it was about 23C in the room and we turned the AC down. After a couple of hours it went down just one degree. Because we had to get up early we figured it would cool down more. Unfortunately it did not and with a very uncomfortable mattress we hardly had any sleep. At least the breakfast was good that morning.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden aber leider um 7 uhr von einem Feueralarm geweckt und mussten feststellen das weder Personal im Gang war, die vieleicht den nicht so mobilen Personen zu helfen. Noch stand jemand vorm Haus und hat gesagt was los ist. Danach auch weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst was. Finde ich Verbessetungswürdig. An schlaf war leider nicht mehr zu denken, aber dafür war das Frühstück war top. Wurde auch gut aufgefüllt.

Unterkunft war sauber und eigentlich perfekt für einen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht bevor man weiter reist mehr aber nichts für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat nicht viel gesprochen kam daher eher etwas unfreundlich rüber habe ich in anderen hotels deutlich anders erlebt. Eine Karte mit Speisen wäre nicht schlecht gewesen hätte gerne nach meiner Ankunft etwas gegessen und vielleicht ne kleine Flasche wasser und ein zuckerhaltiges Getränk zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmern wäre auch nicht schlecht und sorgt sicher nicht für Armut sowas ist besonders im Ausland standard. Außerdem sind wir in 2024 neben dem normalen Programm im deutschen TV könnte man auch einen streaming Dienst wie zum beispiel netflix anbieten damit auch gäste aus dem Ausland abends bei einem film in der landessprache relaxen können.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, me interesaba retornar el carro de alquiler un día antres y fue muy fácil llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto, lo hice caminando en menos de 15 minutos, aunque el hotel ofrece transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto
