« We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again. »

« I was so excited just driving up to the house!! It was exactly what I expected when walking in the door. What a beautiful place!! It was well equipped with everything you could've needed in the kitchen!! The bed rooms were all decorated nicely with, of course, ski themed items. Very cute.
